Four cabins, each accommodates up to 6 people. Approximately 35 yards from the Frio River.

One bedroom and one bath cabins located on 5 acres with 1,000 feet of river frontage.

IN-SEASON RATE $225 per night for 6 people

OFF-SEASON RATE $125 for 2 people; $15 for each additional person (6 person max)

​REGULAR RATE $160 for 2 people, $15 for additional

OFF-SEASON begins after Labor Day, excluding holidays
